Can I change or cancel my order?

We allow updates including changes or cancellation within one (1) hour of placing your order. After that time, it is sent to our warehouse to be picked and adjustments can no longer occur. Please reach out to us at orders@bluewrenfragrance.com for assistance with changes or cancellations.

What do I do if my order is damaged?

We can replace your missing, incorrect, or damaged items within 7 days of purchase. Please check your order as soon as possible.
 
If anything is missing or incorrect from your order, please email orders@bluewrenfragrance.com. Please be sure to include your order number and a list of the items. Note: we can only reship to the address on the original order.
 
If your order is damaged, please take photos of the item(s), the box, and the label(s). Email those to us at orders@bluewrenfragrance.com. We will ship a replacement to the original shipping address.
 
If a package is sent to an incorrect address and returned to us, you are responsible for the cost to ship it again.

How do I become tax exempt?

If you are tax exempt and have a valid state permit/state tax ID, please send that to tax@bluewrenfragrance.com Please allow 2-4 business days for your exemption to be updated. You will receive an email from us upon completion. Any orders placed prior to being notified that your exemption is completed, can not be refunded tax.

Do you allow returns?

We guarantee the safety and purity of all of our materials. This means that we are unable to accept returns.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

How long does it take to ship my order?

Our processing time is usually 1-4 business days, not including holidays and weekends. During the holiday season it can be up to 2-8 business days. If you have a question about current times, email us at info@bluewrenfragrance.com

Are your products "clean"?

Our products are always phthalate free, Proposition 65 compliant and never tested on animals.
